Mischief Managed

We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to our show, An Evening of Holiday Mischief, yesterday. Co-founders Cory Chisel & Adriel Denae, and the Appleton Boychoir welcomed the holiday season with a sold out show. We are so grateful for all of our supporters, with all proceeds from last night benefiting Refuge Foundation for the Arts.

LOLO, Kyle, Todd, and Kate Blood

Our friends LOLO, Todd Whatley, and Kyle Henderson of Desert Noises visited us last week to do some song writing. They wrote 11 new songs in the week they were here, and called their newly formed group Kate Blood after visiting her grave site in the cemetery next door. On Thursday they performed the songs for a private show at the Refuge Lounge with ticket proceeds going to Refuge Foundation for the Arts. Thank you to all who attended!

Co-founders Cory Chisel and Adriel Denae’s album ‘Tell Me True’ is now on vinyl! Stay tuned for more information on how to get your copy.

Dear John

On Sunday we had our friends Robert Ellis and Courtney Hartman perform their new album Dear John, a tribute to John Hartford released by Refuge Foundation for the Arts, in our chapel. The photo below captures a piece of the exceptional evening.

Joey’s Song

Last Friday co-founder Cory Chisel was in Madison, WI to perform for Joey’s Song to help raise money and awareness for epilepsy research and program services for children with special needs.

Upcoming Events

Co-founder Adriel Denae is playing at the Refuge Lounge TONIGHT! She will be sharing her beautiful voice and a new album she’s been working on that is being produced by Norah Jones. Tickets are available for purchase at the door, and the show starts at 7:00 pm – see you there!
