Refuge Artists in Residence

J-Council have been busy: from hopping on a plane to New York City to take part in Love Thy Neighborhood Brewery Fest with our partners at Jameson Music, to launching the video for “We Gotta Move” on Indigenous Peoples Day. “It’s our show of solidarity with all communities out there struggling to be heard, struggling for progress. Let’s keep our head high & keep moving! We are strongest together!”

Feed the Body, Feed the Soul

We would like to again thank those of you who attended our Feed the Body, Feed the Soul event in August with our partners Oshkosh Corporation and Fox Communities Credit Union. Ticket proceeds for this event went toward purchasing rice for Food Pantries in Northeast Wisconsin that will help 35,000 families in our community.

This past weekend our rice packaging event at Feeding America had over 1,000 volunteers who helped pack 202,000 pounds of rice to help feed families in Northeast Wisconsin. Thank you to all those who came out to volunteer and help make this event possible!
